For standard orders you pay:
Full amount online on the website, you can also use bank installment option in the checkout page.
40% deposit and the remaining amount on delivery by making your order via WhatsApp.
In case of paying only deposit, you can pay it:
Via credit card through a customized payment link with your deposit amount will be provided by the customer service employee.
Bank transfer, the company bank account will be sent to you when you choose this method.
Cash if you are located in Cairo/Giza, by sending you our Rep. to collect the deposit amount, or you can pay cash at our factory at El Marg.
For customized orders, full amount or at least 50% deposit is required to place your order.
We send you a contract including:
The deposit payment link
All your order details, ex:( product name, photo, color selected, any customization…etc.)
Invoice of deposit paid and remaining amount on delivery.
You check that all your order requirements are listed in the contract, then after paying the deposit the contract will be valid for both of us and your order will be moved to in progress status.
We are online store, a lot of our products are made by orders, but you can check the material samples and see the existing production in our factory at El Marg if you would like to visit.
You can also ask for color test sample as an order note while making your purchase, to have us making real samples of colors to show you in painting phase until you reach the desired shade.
