Yes, you can ask the customer service via WhatsApp to pick up your order from our factory at El Marg, they will send you the location, and in this case you will not have to pay any shipping fees for us.
- You can return a product if it is found to be faulty or has manufacturing defects within 14 days from the delivery date if it is in the original receiving condition.
- If you change your mind, you can return the ready made product within 14 days from the delivery date only if the product accessories are complete, secured in the original packaging, and the product is in the original condition. (Doesn’t apply to on-demand products or customized products)
